Angling Frontiers Expedition Casare - Bolivia
October 19th - 26th 2019
In the vast wilderness areas of Bolivia, there are still places untouched by man, places that hold unimaginable beauty. Few places in the world exist today that remain as wild and untouched as the Casare river system. It is located in an indigenous territory that boasts an incredible biodiversity, as well as an unforgiving/unbroken expanse of jungle covered mountains, hills and dangerous rapids that have kept it safe from man’s destructive reach for millennia.Found nestled in the Eastern slopes of the Andes Mountains ofBolivia, it is, to say the least, one of the most isolated and remote places in the world. Angling Frontiers has worked hard to reach anddevelop this sport-fishing-community-conservation project, in orderto be able to share this world class fishery with the world. We have made a real effort to enter these areas with minimum impact, and settled our camps in an eco-friendly manner so as to protect the integrity of these pristine places.
This exclusive fishery is nothing short of spectacular. Climb on to one of our dugout canoes and prepare yourself for an angling adventure like no other. Both our expeditions give you a good taste of jungle fishing. We ONLY fish 4-6 anglers per week, and we take in limited amount of anglers per season to better manage fishing pressure. You can expect to cast at small and large water, blind and sight casting, and aside from dorado, also chase species like surubi catfish, yatorana and tabarana. Our goal will always be to get you on fish as much as possible, regardless of the kind of day we are dealt. Our professional guides and our Tsimane guides will be on top, both making sure our guests have all they need to go through a safe and memorable day of fishing. At the end of the day, we always have fun!
